If you watch any kind of videos related to fitness/healthy lifestyle or if you have ever asked to somebody how to be healthy, you probably get this advice that "eat a healthy diet. A healthy diet helps you to improve your overall health. Healthy diet provides essential nutrition to your body. A healthy diet may contain vegetables, fruits, whole grains etc. The needfulness of good healthy diet can be met from variety of animal based and plant based foods.

• Healthy diet can help to prevent disease- Researchs have proven that good healthy diet may reduce the risk of many diseases.

Healthy diet has many advantages. If a person wants to be healthy, he has to do some exercises or yoga regularly and need to eat the right kinds of food. It's also important to stay away from unhealthy food which is curse for your healthy lifestyle.
The young generation is in the grip of junk food. Such stuff are good in taste but worst for your overall health. The popularity of unhealthy food like pizzas, burger, french fries are increasing and these things are incapable to suffice us with nutrition. The most important rule to stay healthy to eat proper health food and burn the calories by exercising. An unhealthy food is a big risk factors for various diseases like high cholesterol, diabetes, blood pressure, cardiovascular diseases, abnormal blood lipids etc.
There are so many healthy food that are cheap at cost but very benifitial for your health. Here are some healthy food and most of them are good in taste.
• Fruits- Fruits like bananas, apples, orange etc. Apples have high vitamin C, fiber and numerous antioxidants. Everyone knows bananas are the great source of potassium. Bananas are high in Vitamin B6 and fiber.
• Vegetables- Vegetables are the best great source of the nutrients, Broccoli is something that tastes delicious both cooked and raw. It is a perfect source of vitamin C and fiber. Carrots have nutrients like vitamin K and fiver which have many benifits. Onions are very popular and use in many recipies and have numberous health advantages.
• Nuts and seeds- These are tasty, crunchy and have important nutrients. Walnuts are extremely nutritious and fill with various source of vitamins, minerals and fiber. Almonds are famous in almost every country loaded with antioxidants, magnesium, vitamin E and fiber. Some studies also show that almonds are effective to lose weights.
• Whole grains- Rice is very famous cereal grains and staple food for half of entire population. Brown rice are nutritious with good amount of vitamin B1, fiber and magnesium, Quinoa has also become very popular in the recent years. It has some high nutrients like fiber and magnesium. The most important thing is that it is great source of plant based protein.
It's important for us to fill our plates with foods like whole grains, vegetables, fruits, nut, seeds, rice etc that will help your body in many ways and protect your body from various diseases such as diabetes, heart diseases etc.
