THE IMPORTANCE OF YOGA
Yoga is an old form of practice which was introduced thousands of years ago in our country. It is also known as a very effective way to meditate and it helps us to keep relax our mind and the body.
Yoga is the most advantageous method to connect to the nature by equally balancing the body and mind connection.
Doing yoga daily in such a chaotic busy life is like blessings that helps us to get healthy and make us physically and mentally fit.
Yoga is a safe kind of practice that can be performed anywhere and it can even be practiced by children and old people also to get the benifits. Earlier people belong to Hinduism and Buddhism used to practice yoga and meditation to keep their mind relax.
In India, the term yoga originated from Sanskrit language which has 2 different meanings. One is Discipline and another one is Union. Performing yoga regularly helps us to control emotional, mental and spiritual thoughts.
We celebrated International Yoga Day every year on 21st June Yoga is a great gift to mankind which helps us keep better and maintain our health. If you practice yoga daily you get good mental clarity and better understanding.
From the last few years, it became a famous form of exercise in world wide but it's unfortunate that our country have almost forgotten the benifits of yoga.
