How to increase stamina

If you get tired after little bit of work-out or you start panting when you climb up the stairs, then you need to do some work on your stamina. Increasing stamina helps you in many ways, high stamina keeps you more energetic and helps you to perform your chores with more activeness. If you don't have good stamina then definitely you will feel less energy, inactive and exhausted.

There are several ways that can help you to boost your stamina, one of the best way is to having proper healthy food rather than eating those unhealthy junk food that causes many diseases. Another most important thing is proper rest, it doesn't matter how much busy your life is it's always important for your body to get proper rest. If you get a good sleep of 6-7 hours then it will be good for your overall health, you will feel great with high level of energy. 

Now let's talk about some exercises which will be beneficial to boost your stamina 

(1) Running-  There are thousands of advantages of running or jogging. You do exercises or play any sort of outdoor sports, you have to start your warm-up session with 15-20 minutes of running. When we talk about running it is important to understand that running in the treadmill is not worthy, if you really want to increase the level of your stamina than definitely you have to stop using treadmill and start running in the field. 
(2) Swimming- Swimming is one of the best exercise, it helps you to increase your stamina and makes you more fit but like every other exercise, swimming has also its own dos and don’ts like if you are a newbie then you should not go to the pool alone.
Don't go to the pool if you don't have proper gears like cap, goggles and cap. This are some little things which you have to keep in your mind.
(3) Push ups- No doubt push ups is one of the easiest exercise that you can perform at your home to increase stamina. You can also use Push Up Bar or Push up stand to do the exercise. 
(4) Squats- If you talk about exercises which can help to increase your stamina then you can't forget to mention Squats, the exercise which bring each and every muscles in action. You can do squats at your home easily. At first you might think it difficult but it's important for your overall fitness.
(5) Cycling- Cycling is a great workout if you seriously want to boost your stamina. It's a cardio workout that help you to improve your fitness level as well as burning fats. Nowadays you have some mobile applications that can help you to keep a track of your cycling time. 
So these are some exercises that can help you to improve your fitness and boost up your stamina.
